On September 3, Safer Internet India (SII) in collaboration with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, co-hosted a roundtable discussion on ‘Digital Advertising Regulation, Safety & Global Trends’ at Hotel Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions. The keynote was delivered by Vivan Sharan (co-convener, SII and Partner, Koan Advisory Group). The discussions were moderated by Richa Roy (Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas).
The event saw participation from various stakeholders including representatives from technology companies, telecom companies, advocacy groups, policy think tanks and lawyers.
The participants shared their valuable insights on digital advertising and its regulation, the evolving nature of threats (especially due to the rise of AI) and safety measures being taken.
