The Safer Internet India (SII) coalition was launched on February 11, 2025, bringing together industry leaders to enhance online trust and safety. Focused on knowledge sharing, user literacy, and best practices, SII aims to tackle emerging digital threats.
As part of this initiative, Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar, Additional Secretary, MeitY, launched the SII User Safety Handbook, a practical guide to help users protect themselves from online scams and fraud.
